to be honest, my truck actually feels WAY faster than my Z28. even though the Z is at least half a second faster in the 1/4.

Seriously though Mishri, I wanted to hear what the S/S section was thinking while I shopped. This particular SS totally came out of left field and I lucked up and caught it. I blame 99vert for even mentioning I should get an Elis Juan. It all his fault, that *******.


If anyone in this section has known me for more than a year, they will tell you that I don't shop around for a year or two and/or talk about what I want to buy. If I'm shopping there will usually be something in my driveway within a week. Go back and read the thread homie, there was lots of talk about an LS1.

I think sitting up higher has a lot to do with it. Center of gravity, suspension, all that good stuff. You have any recent vids of the Z28? I've been wanting to see it.

That 1000 ftlbs might have something to do with it too. Lol. To me the more torque a car has the faster it seems. Also the more out of control it is(like if it loses traction at 40mph or has crazy weight transfer) it makes a car feel faster too. I miss my 95 now
