if the wheels/tires are heavier or bigger I wouldnt use the DRs, i wasn't pushing enough power in my '07 GT auto at my altitude to use my M&H's, they actually made me run slower because they were bigger and traction wasn't actually a problem on stock tires.

This cars nutless off the line, 2.2x is my best 60' with a 14.6 at 94. Pretty pathetic.

Sounds like it needs a tune-up (plugs, fuel filter, etc.)?

pulled decent up top just didn't have any off the line power to speak of. I ended up getting a better time of 14.40@95, but still had a 2.2 60'. not sure why it ran so slow. but holy **** do i miss my damn car now.

Doesn't sound right at all, Greddy. Something is up with that car, imo.

Well, I reckon I'll be getting kicked in the sack if I ever run across you

my 06 had a SCT, K&N air filter and I used to run 13.5s occassionally but mostly 13.7s. It was a 5 speed

The manual right? The 5spd autos are known to be pretty sluggish in the S197s, and he's not running a tune so that might be contributing to the poor low end.

it doesn't seem too far off to me. i remember earlier this year my buddy raced his at the same track and got 14.0's with a axleback, cai, and tb. now i'm sure those wouldn't help much but with more seat time i'm assuming i could get some 14.2's or so with how it was. also the air filter was pretty nasty, my dad didn't wanna get a new one because he's getting a cai soon, and i was debating just pulling it out for the runs but didn't know if that would cause anything. I really dont mind the times, it's not my car LOL.
