I like that. I'm thinking about setting mine up the exact same way, half second in, fuel first, etc. I'm not sure if 1st will hold though cause it sometimes starts spinning as the RPM climbs in 1st, not always, but its definitely on the verge.

The only thing I don't like is having to run around on reduced timing while not spraying, but at this point I think its worth it.

yeah it's worth it. it's only 4 degrees you gotta pull for a 100 shot so dont worry. if you really dont like it buy a flip chip and get 2 tunes loaded on it and if you ever wanna run when you're on the highway just shut the car off in neutral, flip the switch and restart and you're good to go. but i dunno if you can even get an sct flip chip for those things lol.

and there's only one way to find out about the tires man. .

Na, no SCT chips that I know of for Elis Juan. Might be some handhelds that can do it, but I'm not stressing it that much, not enough to buy one, lol.

Its 4 degrees (give or take) off the stock timing, correct? I'm sitting on about 24 degrees now, stock was 18 degrees, iirc.

nope, just 4 degrees in general. if you're at 24 now on you're na tune then you'll just have to dial it down to 20*. or if you have a way to put your stock tune back on you'll be super safe. a lot of mustang guys keep their stock tunes when they spray 100 because it's safe for it.

Turning it back 4 degrees is no problem. My tuner will do stuff like that for free. Its not going to hurt me all that much anyway. My biggest gains come from reducing torque management and changing shift points/pressure.

Cheap, Fast, Reliable.....pick two. Figure that out and you will understand what to do with your car.

I never liked that saying. A $6k blower set-up doesnt exactly mean reliable.

If you don't upgrade anything else you're right. Which makes it fast and reliable if you do that but not cheap. IMO don't do the nitrous, get your car running strong on motor first and upgrade your drivetrain. I've been down this road and would highly reccomend you don't try to do too much if you don't have the money to replace parts when they break.

I'm pretty much banking on the transmission taking a dump. Its a given if I do much else to the car, particularly a stall.
