This will come down to the driver and tires

I think on average we will see high 11s to high 12s on street tires.

With some good tires, mid to low 11s...

with an actual good driver and good tires I would think the car could do mid 10s

Its just fuel burning....its normal for FI cars to run a lot richer

Could just be fuel getting dumped between shifts where maybe the boost hasnt fully caught up so the a/f ratio is really rich when the car is shifted....either way, it doesnt mean anything is wrong but there definitely can be power left on the table if the car is too rich

I thought I read in an article that they will NOT void your warranty like nissans gay selves.

They are making the car strong enough to be able to handle the launch control whenever you want to use it

ford wouldn't put the launch control on it if you couldn't void your warranty. however, there has been a few ford tsb's since the 5.0's came out that make tech's look for signs of aftermarket tunes before doing any warranty work where the tune might have affected it.

not sure if this is a typo or not.

As long as there isn't a common trans failure or something like what happened with the skylines, I wouldn't be too worried about it. As long as they build it to be able to actually withstand the hard launches, then I don't think there'll be any problems. Nissan's biggest problem is they put all that power, awd, and launch/track mode on with a trans that couldn't take it.
