Honestly, if I were you I wouldn't worry too much about it. You have a GT, I'm sure you can take him. I know there are some fast trucks out there, but like I said, you have a GT! Race him! Even if he were to beat you, does that mean your GT is slow? Not at all! If he beats you, it just means he has a fast truck. If you beat him, you'll get the satisfaction of watching how you shut him up for good and maybe laugh at the excuses he'll try to come up with. Good luck!

It's a slow truck!!! Seriously??? You don't have anything to worry about, a lot of people get a big truck to make up for a lack of something elsewhere....(not talking about people that have to use trucks for business, that's different)

Back when I owned my 99 Cobra I had a guy with an F150 trying to screw with me, and I next to never race, but he was annoying, needless to say he got owned.

Trucks are made for towing, nothing else, sure they have big motors with big power, but weight a ton, have poor gearing for speed, and have terrible drag coefficients.

I don't know if it's because I have a mustang or what but the people who have these trucks always speed up in front of me and purposely make smoke come out and obstruct my vision which is f****** irritating to say the least (granted one time there was a cop behind when this happened and the truck go pulled over XD)

That truck, probably not. But I've seen some turbo diesels that are no joke, putting down crazy torque on all 4 wheels, our cars would probably reel them in up top, but 0-40 or 60, not much chance unless you're boosted too.
