Went to the track again, last night
Well, Tammy (Buttplug72) has really gotten into this drag racing thing. I guess I have rubbed of on her quite abit. She wants to go every single chance she gets.
We took both cars to San Antonio. I told her if she could improve her consistency, I would buy her a mod. Her best time before last night was a 13.4@107 (she has a habit of letting off before the trap speed sensor). The deal was...run 13.5 or better 3 times in a row and I would get her a tuner. First pass 13.5, then 13.4, followed by a 13.2 and then I think her confidence started building. She then just blew it up with a 13.1, 13.2 and then a 13.0@112 (she finally ran all the way through). She is improving each time she goes and I am so proud of her!
I made 3 passes for TNT...the track then ran a jackpot bracket race. My TNT times were 12.71@117, 12.73@116 and another 12.71@117. I dialed in at 12.70. Made it to the semi-finals and got knocked out. We had a blast and she already wants to go back this Friday night. Lord, help us...LOL
