1/4 time estimates

Being the curious person I am, I am wondering what you guys think my 2009 mustang gt will run in the 1/4 mile.
Mods:
Cervini full exhaust with pypes h pipe
Bama 93 race
Airaid CAI
Hurst short throw
4.30 ford racing gears
295/40r20 rear street radials (get pretty good traction)
Soon to have a msd 2 step for consistent launches.

With everything listed above, what do you think I would run...assuming my driver mod is good.
Track opens up in a month. I am so excited!

13-1-13.3 at 106-107. Ditch those 20s for something like an 17-18" Drag radial and run some high 12s.

That sounds pretty good!
I will not ditch the 20s though!

What would be a good psi to start at?

I also guess low 13s. By the way those big wheels are killing your performance.:icon_duck:

I know they are...which is why I got 4.30 gears to attempt to make up for some of the loss. My final drive ratio with these tires is like 4.08. I needed the big wheels with stock springs to give my exhaust clearance over speed bumps. I used to have 2 inches of clearance and I would scrape on everything. Now I have a little over 4 inches.

So you have essentially 4.10s with a slightly stiff sidewall. I wouldn't think you could break into the 12s. If 12s are a reality, then I should be in the high 12s easy.

I'm just messing with you. It's a pretty car. Looking good and going fast sometimes are at odds with each other. Is that a Cervini kit?

Doubtful brother. He may be close to a 4.10 ratio, but he also has added a lot of unsprung weight, which is way more influential regarding acceleration. Unsprung weight is a killer. OP did use his head however by off setting the gear ratio by going with 4.30s, but still. He might be able to hit a high 12 if he had DRs on those 20" wheels, but it wouldn't be easy.

2009 Eleanor, that car does look damn sexy man. Its worth the little bit of performance loss to have the car look that good. Nice work!
