At the track I would start at 18 psi and go down from there. You basically want to run the most amount of psi to get your best 60 ft but not too low to where it slows you down on the top end of the track. I run 18 with my MT DR's but my car is an auto so it launches easy. Make sure you do a real good burnout to heat em up. You want 40 mph for 4-5 seconds. Try launching at 3k and if it bogs, then up to 3500 then 4k until it just hooks. I imagine dumping the clutch at 5k would just spin the tires. Its gonna be a learning process. Shift at or near redline for your best ET. Your really gonna have to drive it like you stole it to get your best ETs.
On the street run them around 30 psi, check the tire to be sure. You dont want to run low psi on the street. It wont like the turns. I have a portable compressor than inflates my tires at the track so I can drive it home.
