Love the vid 97. those neons are pretty fast for what they are from a high roll, anything low or dig tho and they're out of their game. What did the guy say when you met back up at the spot and showed the vids?

explosive you're gonna have to let me know where those runs were at. Me and mrt need to get some cleaner low rolls/digs this summer and cant seem to find a good place to do it.

MRT is quite close to me if i recall. The spot i use is about a 20 min drive through some country roads youd probably enjoy if youre out in the city

After the last run the guy just stayed hammered down, and I missed the damn exit. So I called my brother who was waiting at the spot to tell him how it all shook out. How he kept jumping on the 2nd honk, etc.

I finally get back to where everyone was, and the guy hadn't gotten out the car yet, and my brother was all fired up. WTF? Turns out, the guy thought he would be slick and claim victory on the 40mph rolls. He didn't know that I had already told my brother the deal, AND had the go pro mounted. He fumbled over his words, said he wasn't getting out because Brandon was mad at him, etc, lol. Basically, he had to double-tuck his tail, one for losing after talking so much trash, then again for trying to lie about it!

Our runs from 2nd gear were real close. 110mph was about dead nuts, 120 I was pulling, 140+ I'm close to a car out.

This leads me to my 2nd favorite run (hell, while I'm typing).

The srt guy links me up a race with his buddy in a "built fox", that's all I knew leading up to the run. I showed up in street trim, knowing we were digging, but oh well. I show up, and the guy has a h/big cam/i 347 with a big stall, gears, etc. He was on street rubber as well.

The dig run was horrible. Plain and simple, got walked HARD. I talk the guy into a roll. We go from a 10, and I pull a car on him......? WTF?? He says he wants another one, so we go from the same roll. Then he walks me.

He claims he was spinning the whole time the first roll run, and 'took his throttle stop off' for the 2nd run. BullSh!t. For one, you can tell when he stops spinning. 2, what kinda idiot does he take me for, "took the throttle stop off", lol. For a roll race?

So yes, I'm insinuating that he sprayed me. Which in turn I'm saying he was lying about his setup. A 347 with a 6xx lift cam, 1000cfm carb, 4600stall, etc, should be a MONSTER, and does not need juice to outrun a mid-high 12sec car.

Here's the vid. Maybe I'm crazy. I know I'm not butthurt for losing, especially to that car. But knowing I got setup to get puppykicked by the other butthurt fella makes it humorous either way!

Kerns II was my fave run. 50-135 against a 2011 6spd Vette with me taking him by 3/4 car.

The two favorite races in my cars this year would be. For the Mustang, beating a 2013 GT500 on motor. Clearly I beat the driver but still a cool win. And in the Camaro SS beating a cammed 06 GTO. Again his car was faster by a few 10ths but I cut a perfect light on him and followed it up with a 1.90 sixty on street tires to get that win. That slip messed with my wifes head. She kept asking why does it say winner on your side of the slip when he ran a 12.4 to your12.66???
