So, within my school's car performance club, some members don't think my 2014 V6 can run under 14s down the 1/4 mile. I know Ford themselves tested it at 14s flat, under "ideal" conditions. But, with lots of bolt-ons and a BAMA tune, could I most likely get down under 14s without using BAMA's 91 Race tune? I'm still running 2.73s and somewhat bald-ish factory rear tires.
*Because people didn't believe me, I was issued a bet of $20, which I didn't back down to.
Sounds like easy money. If it has a manual trans, sticky tires and powershifting should get you into the 13s pretty easily. I have customers who have run 12s in their NA Cyclones!
Would you have done that without the tune? Was that at Atco (low elevation/quick track)?
The tune is huge on automatic cars. Im going to guesstamate it worth about 3/10th. A stock stick shift V6 car would run 13.7s here in jersey no problem with a good driver and the factory V6 track stuff.

I did run a quick test, found a part of road that had a slight incline. Crude measurements, and I got 13;07 for a distance of around 0.26-ish miles.
This was pre-BAMA tune, so I don't know how this tune is going to change stuff
