My car vs 07-09 GT500

Hey guys Finallllllly got the car back last week and finally after 4 years and three engines she's running the way I dreamed and hoped she would. I'll be dropping down two pulley sizes next month (3.33 to a 3.0) and will be hoping to make 550 RWHP. After that I'm finished.... for now lol!

Well now the question. There's this guy that lives in my neighborhood that drive's a stock (near as I can tell) 07-09 GT 500. Do you guys think I have a chance? My numbers are in my sig. If not now would I fare a better chance after I drop down to a 3.0 pulley and make more RWHP? Thxs for any advice!

stock GT500? Don't they only dyno like 420whp? You'll leave him in the dust if that's the case!

Congrats soldier for finally getting the car back. You have been through a road that no one wants to travel! Just don't spin and you got him!

You'll embarrass that poor GT500. You're wayyyy lighter and making more power. Like the good sir above me said, don't spin and it'll be a slaughter. Congrats on getting her like you want finally. Still one of the best looking cars on this site imo.
