I'm in southern California but have no issues with shipping these if you have no issues with shipping what parts you do have.

I can also make those tc9's into pretty much any size subwoofer you need, from 10" to 18"
Obviously the value of them will go up as 18" cones and baskets cost more than a 12" cone/basket combo.
