Tune help for JLT Intake

I have a 93 octane tune for Brenspeed. I originally had a K&N intake but now have a JLT one. Do I need to re-tune it for a JLT or will the K&N one be fine?

If so is it something I can edit myself. They left the options open so i can edit them. (I did it for my 4.10 gears)

I doubt you can adjust the MAF curve properly through the handheld, you will need a new custom tune.
