68 mustang coupe

What will a 1968 mustang 289 do for 0-60 and the 1/4 mile with a edelbrock intake manifold, 4 bbl holley 600cfm carb and straight piped with a 4 speed top loader. i just want an et to see if i have to add more stuff to beat those anoying ricers that think they are cool.

These are really light in the rear end and tend to have traction issues, what kind of tires do you have? These weren't very fast when they were new, 0-60 in 8-9 seconds and 15-16 seconds in the quarter mile. You could put a video cam in your dash to film your 0-60 time.
