Default Ghost Cam Tunes...Go or no?!?!?

So i have my 13 GT and already have just the simple SCT 93 oct strategy tune. My buddy had the Jon Lund cam tune and he loved it with 0 issues on his 12. I have been reading around that they are getting mixed reviews but most seem to be on 2011 GT's when this was first introduced. Just wanted to get a few more opinions from people that may have had the tune, or still do. Any suggestions and insight would be helpful.

Many of the newer calibrations don;t play well with the ghost cam tuning, gotta try it to find out in many cases

I have also heard mixed reviews, worst cases I have heard it damages the engine.

I cant imagine how or why.

The Boss Track Key offers the same option....I doubt Ford would do it if it were 'dangerous'...
