diablo sport customer service issue
not really wanting to post this on here to complain but just figured I would share my issue with technical support
ok so I ordered my brand new intune Diablosport tuner from summit racing witch like almost always showed up within 2 days of being ordered, so I called up Diablosport Technical help line, I had a couple technical issues between the tuner being stuck on upload for over an hour! so after waiting on the phone for 30 min just to talk to some one they did not give me vary accurate advice now ive never installed a tuner or really have dealt with computer tuning seeing as I usually work on carburetion. so I asked do I install the cola air intake before or after the tune because I don't want to turn the vehicle on with a tune for a cold air intake with out one being on because I have already learned it will run to lean with out a tune, so would it run to rich? and the guy I was talking to just guessed at his answer not turning my question over to some one else that would know, so my first impression of their "Technical support" is not good

Im not sure why you believe he was guessing, but I'm sure he gave you accurate info.
If you want to install the CAI, load the appropriate CAI tune.
if you want to try the tune without the CAI, pick one of the 87/91/93 octane tunes and enjoy

because he said he was not sure and then said I think you could install the tune first no madder that to run a CAI with out the CAI being on their, I thought you have to start the car after the tune is installed? = running too rich?
