I just bought a new Bama Performance tuner on e-bay for my 2001 v6 the guy said he never used it.Will it come ready for me to plug it in, answers the questions on unit and it will tune ,or do I need to get a new code for my tunes.The only thing I have on my car is a cold air intake.Thanks

Awesome! You're going to love the Bama tuner. As far as using the device goes, you will need to get custom tunes for your Mustang and PCM code. That being said, give the Bama team a call and they can help you out with this and answer any questions you may have!
