Help: High flow cats on crate 5.0 yes or no
 

I am to the point now where I am ready to run the exhaust in my 66 coupe with a ford racing coyote, My question is do I run a high flow cat in the system yes or no? Running stock headers (slightly modified to fit in 66 coupe) but still has stock O2 sensor location. Harness and computer all from Ford racing. Some guys say the motor will like a high flow cat more so than not

Any experience here?
