Start trouble
 

Hello. New to this site. Having trouble with 89 coupe.
Seems like it has 2 settings. One is starts and runs ok. The other is it starts but then idle surges, and no throttle response. Changed idle air controller. Think may be bad ecm ground. Please help if can.
