i have a 07 mustang gt 5 speed with a m122 supercharger ford 62mm throttle body looks like a factory part nothing special has the boost a pump , MSD Coils , HTO plugs . It’s throwing a wrench light and going into limp mode replaced the throttle position sensors new pedal and sensor cleaned the throttle body , mass air sensor and it’s still doing it my voltage on the sensors position is 1.15 . Can any one help me ?

As far as I know I bought the car with all this done and I do know it’s been dyno tuned . The guy I bought it from of course didn’t tell me about this when I ask . The car runs great no other issues but that .

Please post the trouble code number and I may be able to help you out.
If you are getting a trouble code on the accelerator pedal position there might be a problem with the wirings to the throttle body also. Did you do a throttle body basic setting after the replacement of the accelerator pedal? If you replaced both, there is not much more than measure the voltage wirings to both the pedal and the throttle body.
Just the car going into limp mode can have a lot of different causes.
You may find some more information here about the limp mode https://mechanicbase.com/engine/limp-mode/
