I have my own **** to pay attention to, i have a life OUTSIDE of the car thing, just so everyone knows. No i dont run around wanting to hear the latest gossip about everyone elses cars, nor do i keep myself updated on a day to day basis what everyone's doing with their cars.

So forgive me for not knowing every single detail about everyone elses car.

talked to my tuner today, with all the things i have tried and not worked and the symptoms i continue to have he thinks and i agree that i have an oil galley freeze plug that has fallen into my oil pan. So the oil is going past my lifters(which is why i saw the oil filling the rockers with the valve covers of) but it is not staying in the lifter galley and filling the lifter galley because the plug at the end of it has fallen out of its place so the oil is pumping past the lifters, not pumping them up like it should, and just dumping onto my timeing chain then back into my pan.

he said this is what his gut tells him is wrong and that it is rare to happen but he has seen it happen to older engines like mine especially when you rebuild them and they have higher oil presuure than they used to. it prolly came out on my initial start up. no need to replace the others if they are holding....

so looks like a part less than a $1 has been my problem all along. figures. i just hope he is correct.
