trailer hitch
when i bought my 97 it came with a trailer hitch on it, i'm getting it removed probably this weekend but i was wondering if maybe the people who put the hitch on also raised up the back end of the mustang even moreso than it already was....it looks like its up higher in the back than any other mustangs i really see....and it has a really big fender gap in both the back and the front. So is it possible to screw around and adjust the struts or shocks?

RE: trailer hitch
Who da crank put a trailer hitch on the mustang?[:'(] i can already imagine it and i bet it looks dumb, but back to your question, and the answer is probably yes. im pretty sure they had to mess with the struts and shocks to get the rear end height adjusted suitable for hitching a trailer............. man thats still funny

RE: trailer hitch
well, i have seen hitches on the back of stangs round here, but all they were pulling was jet skis. just take the reciever off the hitch, you never know when it may come in handy lol
got any pics?

RE: trailer hitch
I do have the ball off and it is still noticeable. If the back was jacked up, can someone please tell me how this was done, and what i need to do to get it back to its normal height?
