Default need some advice

I have a 2001 automatic v6 bone stock. I have been wanting to do a bunch of things to it but i just dont know where to start. I was thinking about a really good turbo set up but i want to build up my motor so i can use the turbo the way i want to use it. I kinda wanted to start off slow and get a cold air intake, shorty headers and true dual exhaust. After that i want to get something to help my trans. cause the freeze time between gears is horrible but i dont know what i could get to help that out with an auto trans. Then i was thinking about getting that posi-trac combo at www.rpmoutlet.com. When i get all this done i want to start adding hp, i know i want a turbo or twin turbo but i want to make sure my motor isnt going to blow after a couple thousand miles. so help me out with some ideas.
4.3 stroker kit, fuel systems...

hmm if u wanna start up from the top

id go

1. pulleys and exhaust
2. shift kit, 4.10's t lok, tuner
3. 4.3 stroker or 4.2 w/ upgraded fuel system (fuel pump etc.)
4. teh turbo..for more info about turbo check out turbostangs.com or tmaturbo.com

If u plan on getting a turbo i wouldnt waste money on mac cai...just get a k&n filter or just do those free mods floating around that you can do on ur stock air intake. Also stock headers are fine...iono bout shorty headers i heard they don't help thatt much

if you are gonna eventually go turbo dont buy headers its a waste of money because when you go the turbo route you will have to replace the headers with turbo headers anyways

start off with an intake, gears and a t-lok, a diablo or sct tuner, and an exhaust, then save up the money for the big stuff
