Default Headlight help

I have stock headlights on the car right now and i tried 2 different headlight restoration kits and i can't clean the one headlight so i am thinking about angel eyes, will it produce better light on the road even if i don't get a hid kit?

Mustangs have a serious problem with tiny cracking on the inside of the lens so it makes it look very dull and headlight restoration kits don't do any help. I had the same problem so I purchased a set of angel eyes and they do give me better vision at night, the light is very crisp, as you drive you can see along the side of houses the light and then there is a line right where it stops it doesn't really fade. I do like them, but the ones I got were made ****ty and fog up whenever I get a car wash or when it rains. So be careful.

I bought a new set for 93$ shipped and they look 100x better than stock, are much brighter, and do not fog at all. I'm very happy with them and wouldn't waste my time with "restoration kits"..
