So yea i lost the key to my locking lugs ...i got one off with some plyers but the others are on there good. any ideas on how to get the off? im going to the strip tonight and i need to put my stock wheels back on!!! hurry! haha

 

You should be able to go to a rim shop in your area to get a replacement. There are a lot of similar keys for wheels at the specialty shops. Thats all I can think of for now.

heat them up real nice, and try whatever you did before, if all else fails you can always drill out thestud and get a new one for $1.25

 

No I'm a major post *****. Call a few local shops and see if they have a universal tool that can take them off.

 

That heat trick really does work, I wouldn't do it on nice wheels though. I was rotating the tires on my Ranger, and couldn't break the lugs loose (those mofukka's were on there tight), so I got the butane torch and heated them up, and they came off with no hassle at all. I'll never struggle with lug nuts again, as long as the vehicle has steel wheels.

 

hmm! yea i might have to bust out my blow torch then. if that dont work i guess ill take em to the shizop. and yea, NOTRICE i got tarted...again. haha, how are you suposed to spell it? retarded?
