i am looking for some cheap HP mod's, i kno about the pulley, intake, and exhuast, but other than that what else could I do?

thats really it for the simple bolt on stuff. you could probably up your timing / get a chip and gain some power that way - you'll have to run premium fuel. perhaps gears if they are available for your car. beyond all that its turbo or supercharging, cams, or nitrous.

go with a diablo chip, 1.73 or 1.80 roller rockers, bigger bore throttle body, mass air, and ported intake manifold. that will help out a lot.

I can tell you what not to get. I had a 96 v-6 and I got a bigger thottle body, a Mac cold air, and a Hypertech power programer. I could not beat my buddys 97 V-6 with 4.10 gears and a k&n filter.

It won't give you any HP, but you can change your rearend gear. 4.10 if you have an automatic, and 3.73 if you have a manual

You could get a Diablo Delta Chip put in your car or you could get the Diablo program. You will spend between 4 to 5 hundred for either of these mods though.

Don't get that diablo chip I spent $ 350 and could not tell a bit of difference other than it tripped my cheak engine light. I would get a dry nitrous kit, my buddy is getting one. I will let you know how his install and tests goes.

The whole point of getting the diablo chip is so that it will help your car notice the mods you do. Its not designed to give you a huge hp gain its just going to give you better results from things you do later on. Also you may not notice the hp gain but you will notice the smoother shifting and the gain in torque. My advice to you is go buy one of ebay for $100 or so then have it programmed to fit your car, even if you get ripped off by the guy on ebay selling you a burnt up chip the diablo guys are usually nice enough to just give you a new one. The chip is definately worth it though id go for that.

if you have the chip dyno tuned you can get more power. i got about 10 whp with mine. and there is a noticable difference over a stock ECU, when the car has mods. you will not get anything by putting in a chip with no mods.
