no i am guessing he has a dumby car or something that he builds them on and he asks what is all done to your car so he knows if there will be any obstructions and when he is done he takes it off the car and ships it out

yeah andy at tmaturbo he said pretty much pic what i want and he will give me prices, he gave me three different prices, i picked the one and as a christmas gift he upgraded my turbos, i am hoping once my car is all done to have a featured article in mm&ff

no, he doesnt send him anything form the sound of it. the guy builds the turbo and ships the whole turbo setup to him. then he can put it on his car.
