I checked with my insurance company and It's only going to be a $50 deductible! Thank god! I was thinking more like $500 if it was covered! 50 bucks and a fresh coat of paint! cant wait to see it!

when i bough my car it had a long key mark on the passenger side door, everytime somebody sees my car they say "oh crap dude, somebody just keyed your car!"
i lie and tell em they did that at the factory because it makes it more aerodynamic!
but im gonna get the car repainted when i get a cobra front bumper and a spoiler
that way my car will looks brand new

I'm glad the insurance came through for you on the car. I think we all need more ideas on how to park. But for me no matter where I park, even if I part all the way out of the parking lot someone always has to park beside me.
I guess it's either leave the car in the garage when I can't be around it or just sit in the car when I'm in a parking lot and my wife go in and get what we need.
What a crappy way to go though life.

Sorry to hear about your car man, that sucks. But at least the insurance is gonna take care of it. Someone keyed my Neon (I know, don't laugh) when I first got it and I was mad for months so I know how you feel. Just be safe parking and hopefully it won't happen again.

i had my stang keyed twice this school year. once at highschool, and again at a Career/Technical Center i go to. it's ridiculous. i dont **** people off, and i don't have jerk friends. i keep to myself. people are just ********. they see a mustang, and automaticall think it was 15k + and they thinkim some spoiled kid. when in reality.. i just have a basic v6 with alot of underbody rust that i bought for 4300$. People are ridiculous. i just wish i had the money for repairs/alarm system.
