Default Oil Leak, Transmission Leak, what to do??

I recently had taken my transmission pan off at 95,000km's. The ATF had never been changed. I had a new filter and gasket ordered in. I put the pan back up and it turns out one of the threads for one of the bolts is stripped. I tightened and torqued all the other bolts up to proper spec. As expected, it's leaking really badly.

As well, the car is leaking engine oil. It is not just around the oil pan though. When I've been underneath the car it looks like it's coming from higher up. I was told it would probably be the rear main. Since I bought the car in May I have done three oil changes. I haven't checked the oil level religiously between oil changes so I can't say whether or not I have noticed a drop in amount of oil. However, it was a bit low last time I checked it before my most recent oil change which was last week. To fix the engine leaking the oil I was also told I would have to take the engine out.

I am not really sure I would want to put a very large amount of money fixing stuff such as this if it is required.. I'm only 16. The car means the world to me and I would hate to let it go even if it's not the nicest mustang around. Any suggestions, comments, help, etc. is appreciated. Thanks.
