K
Thanks.
Well this weekend I'm gonna change plugs, wires, & fuel filter.
Hopefully that clears everything up.

Sorry if this sounds stupid but where is the fuel pressure regulator?

Do you think its gonna be your fuel pump which died out?
Have you tried changing plugs, wires, coil over?

could the spark plugs have anything to do with this. im thinkin it could be them and not the fuel since it always starts messin up at the same rpm. if it was th fuel i think it would do it at any time.

im almost ashamed to say, but i have the bosch platinum +4 plugs [sm=smiley9.gif]. ive had them for awhile. maybe they could be the problem. im not sure how long their supossed to last. sounded like a great idea at the time[sm=imsorry.gif]

I helped take out Bosch plugs recently from my sons 3.8. It had a misfire & also threw a code P0302 but could be any code to P0300 to P0306. Only 96+ OBD2 will give these codes, is your CEL on ?
