The windshield wipers won't turn off on my son's 96 Mustang.

The only way to get it to stop is to pull the fuse.

We have replaced the multi-function switch and the wiper motor (both new), but the problem persists.

My brother is convinced that there is a relay for the wiper motor, but the manual doesn't indicate that...

Any suggestions on what to try next?
