Default Recommended mods?

Hi. I have an oxford white 3.8l 2004 v6 auto with reverse scoop hood. I'm looking for visual mods and maybe a few mechanical. I've heard about an air silencer removal that gives it a little more pep, as well as a k&n air filter. I'd rather not venture into body kits, but I want to make the car look pretty sick..looking for ideas I guess. I like my stock rims, but I might consider some white or black bullitts, I'm really trying to be conservative on this, but please help me out, you guys know mustangs better then anyone else out there..

Thanks,
Swishskater

duel exhaust, cai or k&n tint windows grab a gt hood or cobra which ever you prefer. Mach 1 grill delete and front spoiler. Bumper inserts on the back. Oh yeh if you do get a cobra might as well get the front bumper. Im really tired right now and thats really what i can think of for your car.

sweet thanks for the advice. I was actually looking at a grille delete or a billet grille, I cant decide which though. I already have bumper inserts (thats how it came from carmax), and I'll look into the front spoiler.

super 40s or super 44s? which is better?

gt hood, chin spoiler, mach 1 grill delete, true duels, gt bumper, (i dont like the way duels look under a v6 bumper i think u need the cutout gt) start with that for looks and a big sound difference

I'll probably venture into the gt hood and the duals and the grille, but what about tail light bezels? theres a chrome thing that makes it look like older lights 94-98. Also, what about universal fog lights? to put two in that grille area and just remove the grille?

Thanks for not flaming my noobishness.

I don't really dig the bezels... they look way better on the 96-98 taillights

see, I like the universals because of that round look, and they're inexpensive. I'd mount them in the grille in place of the honeycomb and the pony, adding a look like a 67 eleanor.

if u are worried about gas cai, and true dual exhaust but only do that if u plan on keeping it for a while bc u will save no money like the 1st 2 years or 3
