yea but the hood scoop is going to be clear thoguh right? so like from looking at the side of the hood scoop or on top you can see into the engine bay

i think a clear scoop would look kinda weird. especially since you would have to find a differnt way to mount it or see the ugly fasteners under the scoop. i think something REALLY cool would be to take a mach 1 hood and get a piece of plexiglass to fit in the hole perfectly and slightly countour with the rest of the hood. that would look awesome.

I've seen clear scoops on old drag cars, so I know somebody has made them.
I've also seen a 55 or 57 chevy with a clear scoop that covered a tunnel ram w/ dual quads.

Its not gonna look anything like that..you have to cut ur hood to do that and probibly lower it somehow
