its not the seat belt alarm its actually the air bag warning alarm it goes off when the bulb burns out in the dash im not sure if its just an alarm or the air bag computor also it was bugging the hell out of me though so i took it out basically you just pull the trim plate off the heater a/c controlls the take out the 4 screws that hold it on then just pull the whole unit out of the way right behind it is a little blue box thats the box making the horrifying noise there will be 2 plugs plugged in just unplug them and have peace restored to your car
