Default Mini rebuild

Hello, i just bought (very cheap) 1998 Mustang with 138K miles on it, with manual transmission.
And i got some questions... I wanna change tired things (not everything) but i dont know with one's.. I never experienced with a sport cars...
Also something about cheap tuning i mean cold air intake, chip etc.
I wanna spend on it like 3000-4000$

If you can just give me links to sites
Thanks
Take care

If you have $3000-$4000. Don't blow it all on bolt ons like and intake and under drive pulleys. I would save a little more and buy a supercharger. But then again, I am not sure if I would supercharge a car thats pushing 150k miles. Thats just my advice though ask around on here you'll get some good help. But if you want to do bolt ons i would do, k&n cone filter, udp's, lt's, high flow catted h pipe, split port swap and things like that. But like I said, see what these more experienced guys have to say lol

i wouldn't dump that much into that car, you can buy a new edge for that if you hunt around.

OK, this is what you need to do, flip that car for maybe a grand prob not tho, try gettin as much out of it as you can. Buy a New Edge(99-04) with the 4k you want to put into the 98 and you will have a very reliable car. End of story. New Edge>SN95
