How are the V6's?

RE: Thanks
I own a 05 v6 myself. I can't afford the GT and the only reason I wanted the GT was for the power.
but hey... less tickets = more money to spend on other things...
like pokemon cards
hahaha
just kidding on that 1
I got the mustang for the style, and the history.. not the engine size.. who cares (unless you want speed THAT badly)
have fun with whatever you get
mustangs are good whatever way you go
except the plastic thing around the lock from the inside... that somehow just popped right off.. along with the armrest.. just feel off.. oh well getting that fixed tomorrow

RE: How are the V6's?
Sorry to revive a thread but, I wanted to give my opinion. I'm really enjoying my V6, it has plenty of power to get me where I'm going, though for some reason it only goes one speed, 80. The handling is great, and braking even better, I've had to stop fast a few times and it could have stopped on a dime! The only problem I have is the fly-by-wheel, when I'm doing like 30 and want to pass up a grandma, it takes me a few seconds too long to downshift (I have an automatic), it can be dangerous. I have read that this can be fixed with a tuner. For me personally, I really didnt need all the power of a GT for a daily driver, the insurance was too high, and for the price of stripped down GT, I got all the goodies on my V6 (i.e. leather seats).
