Question Rear end Brake noise

Put a new set of OEM brakes on the back of my 98 V6, clips (wear indicators) were worn but ok, so I went on. After about a week and a half the rear end was making an awful grinding noise, So I pulled the pads, Clips were gone and pad worn clear into the metal backing. So i Bought new pads, turned the Calipers in, Put all new wear clips and pads on. Now I get an intermittent grinding sound. If i press on the brake or pull up on the Emergency brake it stops, sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes more or less. But after a short time it starts again.. Any Ideas??

I was thinking maybe the rotors were warped or that the calipers need to be replaced but upon inspection they look fine.
