screamin demon coil with livewires or accel coil?

screamin demon coil with livewires or accel coil?
I have 67k on my 96 and was wondering from you guys if it's time to replace the coil since it's never been replaced? if so I was considering the screamin demon coil pack with the livewires. If I buy them or any aftermarket coil will my pregapped plugs be fine or do they have to be opened a little since the aftermarket coil is a little stronger?
