Okay, I drive a '96 v6 Mustang and my friend drives an '02 GT. His passenger seat belt won't work anymore at all, we called every junkyard in the Dallas area and none of them have a '99-'04 model we can get one from. My question to you is: can we use a seat belt from an older model like mine for his model car? I don't want to take my panels off to see if they're the same if you guys can just answer me instead lol. I wouldn't think there would be any difference in the seat belt, but just not sure.

I believe you can. If I'm not mistaken, the interior panels didn't change from '94-'04. Not 100% though.
