nah just replace the IAC or cheaper/easier do the gasket mod

Do you have the AC on? the AC makes your idle RPMs come down slower.

no its does it all the time. Most of the i time i just ride with the windows down. that vid was with the a/c off.

Do the IAC mod and clean the IAC while your at it.
