Default 3.8 Stroker Kit

Any body stroke their 3.8? Caught an article in MMFF that you create a stroker kit from the rods, pistons and crank from a 4.2L Windstar. Anybody attempt this and know what kind of power increase you might get from it?

Honestly, very little to no horse power will be gained unless the heads/intake and cam are changed with it. The torque will rise, but I think factory for factory hp bumps up around 5-10 rwhp. Been a long time since I seen a dyno before/after with just that mod but I remember it wasn't much to write home about considering the work needed.
