If you have a crack in your exhaust manifold then that would cause a tick. Can you hear where the sound is coming from?

^^Comman problem with your year. Get a pair of 94-98 headers (better flow design) or just go to a weld shop and get it welded back up.

He's right. You can weld it for cheap. This is usually a temporary fix. I wouldn't plan on a weld job holding up in the long run.

As stated, could be a cracked, passanger?, side exhaust manifold due to the a/c dripping on it.

use motorcraft filter and oil both are good prices for what you get! a full synthetic is good to like Mobil 1 etc

They have a different EGR routing and won't work without some fabrication, at least for the passenger side. Just went through this, except mine broke all the way through and left my pipe hanging...
