94 V6 mustang blowing white smoke and gas out of tailpipe

Check your coolant level. If it is low, then most likely it is a head gasket.
If I had to guess, running rough (I assume that is what you mean by bumping) you were not firing on one cylinder, white smoke means water aka coolant. No fire in the cylinder due to coolant with gas still being injected thus not being burned, the gas smell.

Who are you calling a "butthat"? Don't come on here being a greenhorn talking **** dude when we are trying to help you when we don't even KNOW you. I'm not going to go off on you about your comment, I'm trying to be a better person online and in reality.
Matt hit it on the head, you have a small head gasket leak and the coolant is burning off in the cylinder. Tough luck, but it's a known issue.
