Stock tune or Performance tune after sensor changes?
I've had the battery out my car for a couple weeks to replace some sensors and to do some other maintenance relating to the infamous rough idle issue. This time around I replaced the TPS and cleaned the IAC, ended up breaking the throttle body in the process so replaced that to.
I currently have a SCT 93 octane performance tune loaded. After having the battery out for so long and the sensor changes I'm concerned the ECM might be a little confused when I wake it up. I figure it might be safer to let it re-learn itself under the stock settings, then load up the performance tune after.
Does anyone know if I should be returning it to the stock tune before firing it up again? Or will I be good to go with the performance tune already loaded?

While unscrewing the tps I snapped off a piece of the thorttle bottle...with a stubby screwdriver if you could believe it. I just let the car sit for a week to prevent myself from really smashing it.
