by the way whats the CEL?? this is all new to me about getting a tune for longtubes, ive looked at a bunch of info on doing long tubes and i havent heard of this

Since the o2 sensors are located differently now, and there's two cats now instead of 4 (assuming you kept 2 cats) the second o2 sensors will throw a code for malfunctioning cats because the flow will be outside normal parameters. this won't affect the way the car runs, but will throw two codes critical for emissions testing.

just got the car back from the shop now the CEL is still on with the same codes but i havent pluged in the MIL's yet, but while in idle and driving it feels like its misfiring but its not throwing a code on it , could it be the whole fuel air ratio thing?? or something eles?
