Im sorry, Im super new to the forums and to cars in general. Im learning slowly though.. What do the 4.10 and 3.73 mean? if thats off topic maybe you can pm it to me.. Im looking to make some changes on my v6 2003, and Im trying to get all the info I can. Thanks!

3.73 and 4.10 stands for the gear ratio that your cars rear axle has. Standard 5 speeds came with 2.73's (or atleast mine did) and I dont remember what auto's come with. If someone says they are doing gears, or have a gear swap all that means is they took the stock factory gears out and put something more aggressive in.
What gears to is basically get the engine into a higher RPM faster getting the driver into his or her peak power band faster = go faster....faster

thanks for the input, im working on finding all the parts i need for exhaust now, i think i might have found some long tubes for about $195 maybe and i havent looked for mufflers yet, but ill keep all of that in mind, thanks again

i think the ones i was looking at were ceramic coated but im not for sure, ill double check on that

yeah the chrome plated will discolor within a few hundred miles and you wont be happy, well at least i wouldnt be

haha i probly would too but if i get them for cheap im not too worried about looks cuz my engine bay looks like s*** anyway, lulz, but maybe ill see if i can finaigle some ceramic coated XD thanks for the heads up
