hi guys i donn't know if i have a problem or not but my auto transmission on my 01 is whining in 1st gear it whines right after take off. it actually seems to lag at times and when it lags it shifts kind of too firm, and also right when i'm downshifting before a stop whines everytime. it works good other wise and yes its the tranny not the power steering whine. i already did the fluid flush and i know that is my first gear because i put my car in d 1 2 and it only whined in d and 1 not on 2 any ideas?

Mine does too, its normal enough... Well mine kinda howls/whines at low speeds but goes away when it shifts.

Do you have a soundclip that you could post up in case it isnt the same as mine?

I recently went through thats with stanggurl007's 99' V6. She had the transmission mount replaced and it seemed to help. The rear whines as well, but we have determined it to be the upper control arms (the bushings were bad.) 35-45 mph whine. Check the TSBs.

Does anyone know how much a windsheild cost to replace on a 2008 ford mustang with the pony logo on it?Safelite came out ans repaired it and in 1 week after repair it cracked all the way across the windsheild when before they tried fixing it ,It only had 2 little dings in it
