Default bixenon hid problem

i ordered a bixenon hid kit and i'm having some issues with it. when i turn my low beams on, the lights come on but the high beam indicator also comes on (and stays on constantly). when i flip the switch to put my high beams on, the lights themselves do not change at all but the high beam indicator itself gets a little brighter. i don't know if my high beams are really are or not, don't know what high/low looks like with these hid's.

You should really see a difference in the lights. As for the problem i don't know. Never got around to getting any HIDs yet.

Heres a great video showing off low and high beam HID lights. these are Tri-Xenon but still...
