It it was well maintained then yes, if not then it could suffer any amount of problems. Even if well maintained there are a lot of things that can still go out. The most likely stuff to fail will be sensors, radiator hoses, and gaskets. The normal stuff that wears due to rises and falling of heat and just general wear of being outdoors.
