Wiring it up will be similar to the 4.6L 4 cam (Cobra, Mach etc...). Shouldn't be too bad. If you want, I can get the contact info for a guy in Boca that has a swap kit set up. He's done several of them, including his own body-in-white build of a Terminator look a like with one of those motors tucked between the fenders.

ok so after looking around i can find many many sohc.... but few "decent" dohc orrrrr they know for the most part what they have and they want a little extra for it... bummer right? well is it something that is a matter of finding a low mile sohc and slapping on a set of 4.6/5.4 dohc heads???? or do i need to forget i even brought that up?? i could see the heads end up costing as much/close to the cost of an engine but if i just so happened to come across that situation.... is it possible?

another thing i plan to do is relocate the battery, with that and the k-member I imagine I will have came....... close to balancing things out

being a Vert, I plan to go with a 4 point cage, full length weld-in subframe connectors, and a shock brace for the rear. I believe this will be enough.... its not going to be a track car but i want everything to support eachother in the end and yes it'll probably see some track time because im gonna use its potential a little if im gonna build it of course!

The 2V to 4V head swap is a pain.
I found 2V and 4V motors from wrecked SUVs on Craigslist when I started looking at a 5.4L bottom end.
